Refund and Return Policy

At Discount Promo Service LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
A. Time Frame for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Returns beyond this period will not be accepted unless required by law.
B. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including any certificates, tags, or warranties).
Items that show visible signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing parts will not be eligible for a return.
C. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Returns without proof of purchase may not be accepted.
D. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry and watches.
Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Refund Process
A. Method of Refund
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
Cash refunds will only be given for cash purchases.
B. Processing Time
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
C. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned items that require repackaging or reinspection.
4. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase.
If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the price difference.
The exchange policy does not apply to final sale items or personalized jewelry.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
We may request photo evidence of the damage before processing the return.
If the item is found to be damaged due to misuse, no refund or replacement will be issued.
6. Return Shipping Policy
A. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
B. In-Store Returns
If you purchased in-store, returns must be made at the original store location.
7. Cancellations and Order Modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including:
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations on false advertising and unfair business practices.
The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which governs warranties for consumer products.
